Job Responsibilities:
- Tackle hotline calls professionally.
- Address customer queries and complaints while providing top‑notch product information with a positive attitude.
- Maintain meticulous records of all complaints and requests.
- Confirm online orders efficiently.
Skills Required:
- Tech‑savvy with a solid understanding of technology products.
- Fluent in Bangla and English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive under pressure.
Experience Required:
1–2 Years. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Educational Background:
Completed a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
